Details: My thought was Torchwood season 2 episode 9. I figured with Martha working for UNIT now, she would be far enough away to be over the pain of leaving the Doctor. There are lots of things I would like to play out with Martha, furthering her connection with her castmates would be one thing. I am open to all things though.

Ah, Lisa here's a college student too! Music school, though; I don't know what you'd have Yuna going out for, but Lisa's a junior this year and would enjoy someone to complain with! She's kind of a country bumpkin, so she might not quite know what to do with a rich girl that acts it outwardly.

Ahaha, yes, they need to talk anyway then, Lisa would gush about the band costumes she keeps getting back that are minor miracles of design to her. That, and she might have fun with a music buddy that she can bounce ideas off of, covers of herself or otherwise. Really they just need to be friends, yep yep.

Fandom: Star Wars Prequel Trilogy: Star Wars A Phantom Menace, Star Wars Attack of the Clones, Star Wars Revenge of the Sith
Details: ideally I'd like for her to be from her death, because I am more confident with her voice when she's older. It interests me to play sunshine so interested in civil service and the greater good who also comes from such a place of privilege that Padmè does. How much of her reserved nature comes from being in the public eye so young and duties placed on her.

What were you thinking for her Earth AU history?

Local school offices, Girls' State /elected to go to the national Girls' Nation camp. NHS in high school, polisci major with a 'soft' minor though one of the Ivy schools. Family is old money, Padmè hasn't lived with them since her university years. I'm thinking her family is out West, she went East for school and stayed. Probably a page/staffer when she was younger. She'd try to run a campaign office for someone she backs. Technically has a driver's license but please don't let her drive because she hasn't in years. Taxis/Ubers everywhere because you can work that way.

So now that I'm home and have a keyboard:
Looking at PoliSci major from Columbia, with a Human Rights and Humanitarian Policy minor. Probably doubled minored because she's an overachiever. Mulitple DC internships. Girls Scouts from Daisy to Ambassador. 4H as well due to Dad having the vineyard (He's very big on environment/green energy/rights for migrant workers/etc) in southern Oregon. National Honor Society from later elementary up through high school. Patron of the Arts, where ever she is. Speaks English, Spanish (Latin American Spanish, not Continental), still learning Chinese and I haven't decided which yet.

How old were you thinking of making her?

Is she gonna be post graduate/working on her career or still in like grad school?

Yes you can laugh. But I didn't want her to be from Napa that's a bit too stereotypical for my tastes.

Honestly, the last Padme was in for such a very short period of time, they didn't make any lasting connections. So I'm willing to just say 'clean slate this'.

I just thought the link might be helpful given the similar public/civil servant job idea you had. You can actually go in a totally different direction if you want.

Anakin hadn't even received memories of Padme back at the time she was briefly in game.

So I feel like if you want, you can do whatever you want with her regardless of the very very few things the character did previously.

Padmé Naberrie for her name, I'm actually leaning towards 'Amidala' being an internet handle she adopted based on something her grandmother called her.

I kiiiinda want to try to reference Susan and Narina because it amuses me but. It's been ages since I read those books.

AU WORKSHOP

Character's Name: Sudi | AU name still pending
Fandom: Angels Tears: Messia/Tianshi Zhi Lei
What are you looking for: I'm bringing him in pretty much the most recent chaptre, where Yate returns to his true form. I plan to have him run a Fortune Telling store, and moonlight as a small-time model who's trying to make it big. I still haven't thought what I want to name this shop, so ideas are welcome! Just got out of a relationship because he's a 'gold digger', but he's not-so secretly torn up about it. Sociable and enjoys parties, but might be challenging friend material. (He cares about other people sometimes, he just doesn't understand basic human needs.). Ex-partners of any gender are welcome, as well as any new friendships that might take pity on him. If you buy him any gift, including giving him free food, you are now his friend. He doesn't have the most affluent life, but he does have parents who help pay his rent on his apartment. Not sure if to make him from New York, another state, or someone exotic, which will also determine hair and eye colour.

I'm open for most other things, too, so if you have an idea, feel free to hit me up!

Fortune Telling store? Now that's intriguing. Anthony has recently taken to going to Fortune Telling/occult stores as he is trying to learn more about demons and what to expect from himself when he fully turns into one. Any idea on if the shop Sudi will run has been around for a while or if it will be new? We could always say Anthony here popped into the shop from time to time OR if its a new shop he could start dropping in occasionally. It would give them a reason to meet.

A brand new shop would make more sense for the guy trying to get away from a bad breakup. If your guy makes a decent impression Anthony does have a few cousins he could be invited to meet too. Bit too soon for setting him up with either one of them but... no harm in bringing either of the cousins around to say hello.

AU WORKSHOP

Character's Name: Harleen Quinzel
Fandom: DCEU, following Birds of Prey
What are you looking for: My AU history has Harley growing up in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, getting a dual BS/MS degree at University of Georgia (full scholarship options for women's gymnastics) and then going to Stanford University in California before returning to New York. If anyone's academic history lines up timeline and location-wise and wants to know Harley from undergrad or the PhD program, I'm open to that.

Unlike original canon, Harleen works in psychiatric research and does not take individual patients. Her primary field of research is trauma response and she has only attained her PhD and entered the workforce full time within the last year.

After a failed relationship, Harleen moved back in with her parents in Brooklyn, and her workplace is in Manhattan. Characters who work or live in those boroughs and would like to recognize her in passing (ex, someone who frequents the same coffee shop, often takes the same train or bus, etc) are welcome to do so.

Martin is a Manhattanite... He's got a cardiothoracic clinic in Stuyvesant and does the occasional consult for Beth Israel. They can absolutely be familiar faces to each other if you'd like!

Also if you want to and could think of a connection, I'd be perfectly fine with professional familiarity too. Like, say, if one of her trauma research subjects was a patient with throat trauma or smth.

Harleen's pool of research subjects is mostly service veterans more than domestic abuse survivors, but I see Martin has ties to that as well. Someone at her research group could have tapped Martin's clinic to provide/assist with stress tests and the like, especially if the offices are neighbors. Harleen is probably too low on the ladder as the newest addition to have worked with Martin directly so it's more likely they wouldn't recognize each other by name but would on sight. "Oh hey, I know you! Who are you again?" sort of thing.

Also, depending on how frequently they passed by each other and how much about her Martin noticed, he might pick up that she took a few days off and was no longer wearing an engagement ring when she returned to work.

The "oh right, you! ... arrre who exactly?" works fine for me, as do the stress test referrals! I don't think he'd be so sharp as to notice the ring, but he'd note her absence. He always notices a pretty face, after all. Depending on when the divorce/breakup happened, he'd probably assume she went on vacation. If it was within the last 2-3 months he'd wonder a little more because he's getting more shrewd about details as he regains memories.

What are you looking for: So, I plan to keep him pretty close to the canon material - dad was gone before he was born (probably broken up with by mother), mother dates around all the time and ended up abandoning him in favour of a rich boyfriend when he was around fourteen years old. Cue trust issues with people, because they don't really love; they're all just selfish bastards.

Maybe's but not essential: Adoptive family; working with animals; going to college but doesn't take it seriously.

More solidified: Probably 19 or super early twenties; has a bunch of bunnies that he takes care of, perhaps having nursed them back to health. He loves them, do not touch one hare (ha) on their heads.
