Points and Strikes
Points Characters earn points for activity. Points can then be spent on memory regains, items from their canon universe, meta powers, or plots. This chart is how points will be assessed. Keep in mind that your character is meant to get back their memories/powers/items over time, not all at once. ✦ Points can be spent at any time during the month.
✦ Remaining points at the end of the month carry over to the next month.
✦ A character's points can only be spent on that character.
✦ Players are ultimately in charge of keeping track of their own points.
✦ To start spending points, players will need to make a top-level comment on this page.
✦ A "comment chain" is any singular comment chain under a post or top-level, and will need at least 5 comments minimum from your character.

Continuing/Finishing Old Threads - A character can earn bonus points for continuing or finishing a thread they started in a month previous to the current AC. These subthreads must either have been finished in the AC month or have five (5) comments minimum from your character in the AC month. These subthreads can been from any community in the game. Run a game-wide, player plot. |
Strikes Characters earn strikes for unexcused Activity Check failures or for character squatting. The following rules apply: ✦ A character can only have a total two strikes at a time. Third strike and the character will be taken away.
✦ Unless there are extenuating circumstances, a player cannot receive two strikes in a row (two months back to back).
✦ A player can remove a strike by doing twice the normal AC in any subsequent month after the strike is earned. Once a strike is removed, it will no longer count against the character. But only one strike can be removed per month.
✦ Points cannot be used on a character that has an existing strike.
✦ A player cannot reserve or app an additional character if they have a strike on any of their character
✦ A player should not be abuse the strike system. If a player has any questions about strikes, they can contact the mods HERE.
Players must redeem memories via points before their characters can regain their memories in game (however, the speed at which those memories return to the character in game once those memories are redeemed is up to the player.) These following rules apply:
✦ Characters must have a memory chart listing their memories up on their journals before players can redeem memories for them. This can be a simple list, or a complex HTML chart, whatever works best for the player. We have a simple HTML chart on our RESOURCES PAGE.
✦ A character must have a minimum of 20 memories for their character. If you need help developing memories from headcanon for your character, come talk to the mods.
✦ Players can only redeem 10% of their character's memories per month. (For any kind of canon updating - changing canon point or adding new information from on-going fandoms, you must talk to the mods first.)
✦ Players do not have to redeem a character's memories in order as they are listed on their character's memory chart.

Meta Powers Regain Characters can regain their meta powers from their canon universe. Meta powers regains are broken into two types: Simple Powers and Complex Powers, a player will be informed about their character's powers type when they are accepted into the game. Simple Powers are regained by the power. Complex Powers are regained by 10% intervals of strength of power. The following rules apply: ✦ A character must have a Meta Powers Regain Chart posted on their journal before they can start regaining powers. We have power regain charts over on the RESOURCE PAGE
✦ A character can ask for their first power regain one month after they start regaining memories(via points - the character doesn't have to have all their memories back in game to start getting powers.) And power regains must follow the regain of powers. (Ex: a player can only get back the 2nd simple power or 2nd 10% of complex power if they have already regained their 2nd 10% of memories etc.)
✦ For complex powers, a character can only regain 10% of powers back per month.
✦ For simple powers, players can only redeem one power back per month.

Items From Canon Universes Characters can get items from their canon universes. ✦ Players can get one item per month.
✦ If the mods think your item should be in the next highest category, they will let you know.
✦ Some items will be banned due to their capacity to break the game. Check THIS COMMENT bellow for an updated list.
✦ If more than one character can claim ownership to an item, duplicates will happen. But for specific items, characters must have some ownership connection to the item to get it.
✦ Characters can get almost any kind of general item from their universe.

If the item cannot be broken up, the mods will discuss how many pieces it could be and assess the point cost based on that. And points will be paid in installments prior to the item being received

Body modifications. This option is for humans that have a canon body modification that doesn't work as an 'item.' Scars, tattoos, etc.
2 pts - for extra small modification, add 4 pts for simple magical/meta properties, 8 pts for complex magical/meta properties. From there, the cost of the modification follows the same point spending scheme as it does for normal items. The mods will discuss this with the player. |

Description of item: Live2D model from the game (warning, heavy and loads slowly); card image. Rinko's "first" costume for Lisa (depending on whether you take "given to you at game start" or "used in initial story content" as first), themed together with the others. Rinko's gothic design trends for Roselia are already in full swing: purple under layer, black over layer, frills and ribbons and lace everywhere, choker, detached sleeves, and heavy black not-quite-thigh-high boots. The red central ribbon is Lisa's theme color. This costume is sized for her two-years-younger self; she'll have to find a tailor to make it fit snugly, but it's relatively close without. She's still wearing this a year later in the anime, so Rinko clearly planned ahead to make sure it'd still be able to fit. Head item, neck item, body item (plus sleeves, but we'll be generous there), and shoes; we'll call this a medium regain. As with Lisa's other regains, unpowered.

I am also interested in a canon update for Lisa, bringing her to the end of season 1 of Garupa and the end of season 3 of the anime (making her current to translated content), adding a dozen more costumes, a dozen songs, and upwards of three dozen memories to her regain list. I am unsure where to ask about that, since I expect it'll be at a cost - if this is the place, no problem, otherwise let me know and I'll be happy to take that question somewhere else.

How this will work:
Because you're basically still at the start of regaining memories, just incorporate the new canon update memories in with the rest for you, and make that the new total number of memories. And then for future regains, divide up 10% chunks based on that new number.

Description of item: Lisa's bright red bass guitar, her signature instrument and one she's owned and played since middle school, before her falling out with Yukina in the first place. ESP is a real Japanese instrument manufacturer, and makes an officially licensed replica of this instrument (page in Japanese, but you'll get the idea), a popular model already; Lisa's voice actress, during real-world Roselia shows, plays this bass too, and it's an exact copy of hers. A fine-quality instrument, well cared for and recently tuned; Lisa will find the strap is exactly the right length for her current self. Roselia's rose logo/motif is in silver leaf on the fretboard, around the twelfth fret. Packed in its manufacturer-standard soft gig bag with shoulder strap, with some guitar picks - some more standard with various degrees of wear, a couple with Roselia's logo - a cloth and a short amp cable in the pockets. A two-handed instrument; should be a medium regain. As with Lisa's other regains, unpowered.

Description of item: Live2D model from the game (warning, heavy); card art. Lisa's entry in the cycle of costumes Rinko made for Roselia's first show playing LOUDER. The motif this time is feathers; the resulting dress is striking in its unique materials. Gray feathers form the entire upper section of the top, yielding to a layer of black feathers with an almost purple hue that stack on top of them; a belt of large beads separates that from a thin layer of red feathers pointing down. The skirt is multiple layers: a material looking like a starry night sky on top, then a translucent purple, and then a transparent blue layer bringing the night sky design back, with a feather ornament around one thigh. Short heels, a beaded anklet, a flower hairband, and red feather earrings complete the ensemble. There are several pieces, but it should still be a medium regain, I think. As with Lisa's other regains, unpowered.

I'd also like another canon update because Craft Egg is mean and dumped all this fantastic story stuff on me I want to be able to use sooner or later; after this one, I should be good until the end of the year, by which time Lisa will be at or reaching 100% anyway. By my count it's almost three dozen memories I'm adding this time; the second sheet in Lisa's memory chart labeled "Post-Canon Memories" has the new stuff I'm adding, all shaded in green. About a third of it is comics with little things that expand on earlier stuff, and then the other two-thirds is a couple events, one of which is a big Roselia story event.

The booklet in the jewel case IRL contains fancy photos of the voice actresses (in Lisa and Rinko's cases, their original ones), so we'll sub those out for Lisa's canon bandmates, but otherwise it's. Still Anfang. 12 songs, starting from BLACK SHOUT and ending at Neo-Aspect; she hasn't necessarily heard all of these but has enough memory slots to regain anything she doesn't already remember.
